From what I've read, they don't work with ANY levers (is it very flat where you live?) ... but if you have already fallen for their looks, it seems you can use other levers with them: "We are using them with a set of Daytona (now Centaur) Ergo levers, since we didn't want to ditch Ergo shifting to get these brakes . ." http://www.campyonly.com/roadtests/delta.html

D dookie Kona Fan Jul 18, 2008 #6 set 'em up with more of a gap than you think is right. as i understand it, their leverage increases as does their travel. that said, mine have yet to be mounted...so i repeat what i've been told with no actual experience to back it up.
