Suntour XC Pro crank arms refurb

Hi guys,

Thought I'd post some pics of the last couple of nights work.
My faithfull XC pro arms were looking a bit battered, more so the non-drive side, so I decided to bite the bullet and polish them up.

Managed to keep the logo though which I'm pleased about.

By hand

240, 400, 600, 800, 1200, Autosol, Safe-cut and lots of Tea

hi there. they look fantastic. i have just aquired a set of cook bros cranks and wanted to polish them. i am now inspired!

one quick question - on an average of one cup per 2.5 hours, how many cups should i budget for to get similar results?

excellent job, noticed the chainrings is Cannondale, didnt know they make them, it's a first I have seen though
