Ok here is what I found out.
The coolest bike shop in Vancouver during the 80's (when I lived there)was "Mountain and Beach". The owner custom ordered Toads for his race team; Team Toad. They were local so could even be DeKerfs.
Brother in law never owned one but our friend Darren rode for Team Toad during this time. He never passed along any frames to his mates as they were so rare. Pritty damn sure he doesnt have one on his wall...But will contact him to see if he has any connections.
People in Van are allways seeking early steel, if you find one it wont be cheap.

How tasty is that.. :D

When I first saw your post I have to admit to not knowing what bike you were talking about, but that MBA photo musta jogged the right grey cells.. That looks like a true Clydesdale stormer..

That green is fantastic eh..

Darren of Team Toad has gotten back to me;

He does not have one and is kinda looking for one.
He knows a few guys that do have them and can get in touch.
He does have original Mountain and Beach documents on the frame, MBA stuff and some old shirts.
Will pm you his e-mail address.
My job here is done.
