and should give me a good excuse to start training again . I have been terrible this week . only the commute , and lot of bad food and drinks .

I have been a little slack this week too

Plenty of bad food, but did manage 45 on the TT Wednesday and 1hr tonight. Fingers crossed for a decent ride on Sunday

Rode the last 2 D2D's and our work team don't look like getting their act together :? ... so I don't want to miss out on this one like we did MM.
