Same again, Bokwa fitness and my misses on TV tonight

I missed the one at 2:00 but she is on again at 10:00 and 12:00

The channel is 'Ideal World' - number 22 on my box ;-)

All done live so could be interesting

Freesat 644 same as sky.

Me and mrs HM are warming up. Star jumps, stretches etc.

She will most likely be front row and most likely get interviewed.

She defo has a thick northern accent

even the 'posh' voice can't disguise it ...

She's called Vicky but there will be two on set, she's the blond / younger one

Bear in mind what you see on TV is the toned down version of Bokwa so not to scare off potential newbies - her classes go crazy when she does the fancy stuff and upps the bpm ...

Our four year old is down there with her but isn't allowed on set - can you imagine on live TV a voice from the back ground "mum, I need a poo" ...
