RS Indy S - are they really only 48mm travel???

Just perusing through various old articles and trying to work out whether to keep or sell these, when I came across something saying they only had 48mm travel as standard!! It wouldn't matter for the Trek they came off, but was thinking of putting them on the Zobop with (I think) 3.5" of rear travel....

probably not even that, and when they did, badly. I offloaded my old ones for £20 I think

That's kind of what I feared Tim! So sell or whack back on the Trek then....at least if I wreck them in all the mud round here it won't matter much :roll:
