too late..
-Frame stripped, rear stays widened for exceltoo hub, brazing around seat tube and stay brace repaired...(Will be metal finished before plating)
-Plater produced nickel plate sample for me with two options. I went somewhere in between the two...matte finish..but to too matte!
Dont worry all the bikes parts will find good homes elsewhere!

I found the correct hubs:
Front: 1955 Union drum from Schwinn Town and country (Good Chrome but the the Powder will be refinished)
Rear: Exceltoo Drum
See reference photos..definitely a match!

He he. This could go one of two ways - Mr Fisher will either consider you a Legend or a Stalker.
In all seriousness, I think you're doing well to re-create something this old with so much accuracy, so keep it coming.

Ha!...never thought of that. Its just a treasure hunt / challenge for me really...Just wanted to see if I could do it!
Another Pic..still need a cinelli milano spacer...
