DBR Axis TT - retro reboot (pics on Page 4)

Re: DBR Axis TT (Team Titanium)

Easy. All you need is some spacers, washers and fluid from Mojo. De-pressurise the fork, remove the air assembly add the spacer and re-assemble with the correct type/ volume of fluids. I've had 100-80mm and 120mm to 75mm travel (445mm a-c) which is retro friendly. Full pictoral instructions on the Fox technical website :)

F100 470mm a-c, F80 450mm a-c

I tried to sell it - but couldn't  sorry Pyro Tim

A proper period-correct build beckons, watch this space!

Re: DBR Axis TT (Team Titanium) - retro reboot

Could get one of these Frames... 18 ", not sure of the year... Quite good condition. No dents, no heavy chainsuck, no cracks of course. After a nice surface job and with decals it would be as new...
How much would it be worth? How much could the guy ask for?
Thanks

Re:

Mountain Mayhem looms.. dry build time. A retro Ritchey saddle is in the post, amber wall tyres to be fitted, cables on order and HG70 chain at the ready. I hope to ride this weekend. The set-up doesn't feel quite there yet, but once it is out on the trail I'll have a better idea what needs to be done. I may keep the forks or fit Judys. I have swapped the brakes from the back to the front as I never liked the way Pace forks look and the cable routing is crap.
