Good bike gone bad

seatpost and stem does look ti, and maybe even the handlebar. also is the headtube oversized 1-1/4", looks much larger diameter compared the rest of the tubing.
if cheap enough, i'd say have look at possibly rescuing it, if nothing else for the parts.
