WTD: 9 speed shifters / 27.2 seat post

Hi All

After some bits for my On One budget build... Bought a few parts from the forum already

Mainly looking for some decent serviceable shifters 3 x 9 shimano. Ideally Deore or up.

Also seat post? 27.2mm. Again something serviceable rather than flash. Would like black.

Would also be interested in chain/ cassettes
