Track frameset, 58 - 60cm, for the boards

Need a new track bike since cracking my last bike. Looking for something with a 58cm tt, around the £200 so nothing fancy, in Portsmouth area

£200 quid should repair / refinish your old bike ?

Track frames are pretty agricultural LOL

My old bike hardly qualified as a track bike, one of those cheap fixies you get that I just slammed some drops on, it wouldn't be worth the repair costs! It did do its fair share of track racing and got some podium places I will give it that.
 
The frame alone just with headset is £100, the frameset with seatpost and fork is £200. I think I may be getting the frame alone and putting a different fork on (china 3T funda or something), that should come to about £170 for frame and fork. I am not sure I will find anything second hand that is cheaper/better for that sort of money.
