Dual pivot brake on an old bolt through frame

I'm putting some dual pivots on my girlfriends frame.

The front forks are already drilled for an allen bolt fitting so no problems there but the frame isn't and isn't a safe design to drill.

I know you can get a bolt here: http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/tektro-tektr ... prod24266/

That lets you swap over the front bolt that then becomes the rear, and then that bolt becomes the front one, but I'd like to keep the front recessed if possible.

So, is it possible to get a rear version of the above bolt?

If such a bolt exists, then SJS will have it.

In such situations, I fit a front brake to the rear (ie the bike has two front brakes) or you can reverse the rear brake so that it sits in front of the bridge.

I did it with two front brakes. Needed to buy a longer recessed nut for the fork, the one that came with the brake engaged very few threads.
