I put this in the "road" section, but thought I would check with the locals too, I know there are some hoarders in these parts.
My current front wheel is getting tired and keeps breaking spokes, so I'm on the lookout for a sensibly priced replacement. Here's my ideal combo, but do let me know if you have similar:
Quando or Shimano qr hub 36 hole, in silver, not disk brake
Stainless Spokes
Mavic alloy rim, in silver, suitable for 35 or 38 section tyre
Nothing too "blingy" or super weight-weeney, it has to be able to cope with pot holes and dropping off kerbs
Used is fine providing it is still presentable, rideable and reliable
I'm London based, there's cash waiting, what have you got? (and why the heck did I sell that spare a few years back :facepalm: )
