Not in fabrication yet, but front triangle is allready on the way to home.
I think that easier way for this project is to buy a standard fat bike, with belt drive and multi gear hub, in order to swap the frame for my xcr one, and to take all measurement for making custom rear triangle.
So, now looking for a cheap belt drive multi speed fat bike, complete !

Like the idea. Might be tricky..

Nearly built an STS XCR, but the seat pipe snapping was a concern.

Was considering making a custom seat piece. Ended up parting it out.
