Tourer or cyclocross bike/frame. Size 51-53cm.

Hey! Would buy tourer or cyclocross frame. For example Bob Jackson or Mercian would go nicely.

Some limits: It has to run with over 30mm tires and should have place for mudguards. Cantilevers would be really good too so as horizontal drop outs.

Maybe not exactly what you are after but I have a Planet X Kaffenback. Currently as a bike but can be broken.
Has been running 37mm road tyres with mudguards.
Paint has plenty of chips but its 60 quid with fork, headset and Shimano BB. Arrange your own courier or pick it up from the Forest of Dean.
