After a new project frame, 17-19" from the early 90s. Only requirements are that it takes a 1 1/8" headset and costs less than £60 posted

bit of a tight budget there really, but i do have 2 frames for sale at the moment, but over your budget but both well worth it

bontrager privateer, frame, headset, post and seat clamp, £120 posted.

Diamondback topanga, bb, headset and forks, recently sandblasted and resprayed royal blue. Got some other period parts for it that you may be interested in. Meet you halfway and save on the postage!
