The difference between SS-7 and XC Expert is evident. The XC Expert shares a lot (if not all) with the Dia Compe SS-4. The design of the SS-7 is much more "rounded" and "organical". Personally i prefer the look of the SS-4 over the SS-7, but i drive one pair of SS-7 levers since about twenty years (still going strong). :xmas-cool:
