CRC are sending a 110mm FOC and left me the 123' so if anybody needs a 127, 123 or 110?

MF is 107. 110 taken. you can have the the other two for a fiver each 123 shimano and 127 suntour as i'm not planning to build anything else, ever.

1 ) Measure the distance between the largest sprocket and the frame.
2 ) shorten the BB axle by 6.5 mm on each side
3 ) file down the flat sides a bit
4 ) put crankset back on and measure again.
5 ) repeat 3 and 4 until the distance between sprocket and frame is 6.5mm shorter than original.
6 ) repeat 1 to 5 on the other side
That wasn't too hard now, was it?
