Goodbye Lou Reed

Sad. The classic I know is perfect day now thats a tune. History man??? Your 71? Your witty for a old un  just re listened to it quality, can't post a link to it as it goes to the iPad app thing?

But..... ITS A PERFECT DAY O JUST A PERFECT DAY feel free to hum a long and get it stuck in your head for a while.

Ps walk on the wild side hits the spot

No, that he was 71 has made me feel old.

The 89 New York album was a great return to form. Have it on vinyl. Obviously we all loved Transformer and Berlin. Some of the VU was inspired.

Considering the abuse his body must have taken he had a good innings.

 ha thought u was to cool for a mush in his 70's so u 68-9 then

Please take this as friendly banter I've read the Historyman/Sinnerman willy wanging threads I'm way to smart and hard for that kind or childish behaviour

True legend to me.

I must have played the 'Live in New York' album more than any other record I've ever owned.

RIP Lou.
