Can't get rid of sidebar.

Went to change my clock settings for end of BST and now I have the sidebar. Went back into forum preferences and the option to remove it isn't there!

My preference is not to have it. Can this be done?

Did same, changed time setting and the feckin sidebar popped up.
It's now the only option in settings. :evil:

Correct, I noticed it too when I tried to turn it off on the netbook.

Not sure if this is on purpose and/or if there's a workaround.
It doesn't really bother me and I know the ad revenue is for the server and hosting, so a good cause really.

I also like the T-shirt girls, so I'd leave the ads on anyway.

Believe it or not the sidebar is there for a reason.

Maybe ask all the other sites on the internet who run similar sidebars if they are prepared to lose money by not showing said ads to a larger percentage of their users? Not a polite answer?

I can manually switch users back onto the non sidebar template. Just PM me. Anyone who uses a sad or cross emoticon will probably not get what they want...
