Been hanging on to this for too long looking for a project for it so its time it had a new home

1" Quill ~ 135mm Suspension stem, far more adjustment than the traditional "Flexstem" and built to a much higher level

Anodised Gold and totally un-marked, comes boxed with instructions and warranty

Looking for £45 posted to UK mainland, happy to post into Europe with carriage at cost

fritzlites ritchey is cool but i think the softride would look too bulky for that nice, slender frame. i'd rather put that stem on an early cannondale. cdales oversized alloy tubing would play nicely with that golden cnc goddess :)
1991 SE-series frames come to mind...

I disagree, the fact that it is bulky adds to the fact it was a mad idea in the first place! And Frischy had one on his S T back in the day. so it must be kool! This frame would have run a judy fork and this would have made the frame feel even much more betterer!!!
Anyway if we did stuff coz it looked good, and rode well. The retro bike world would be a smaller and less interesting one.IMHO. :D
