Always worth asking....
Alternatively buy it, then use collection as an excuse for a long weekend in the Brecon Beacons.

sorry for how geeky this post may sound...
It seems to be a traverse but it may be a later variant.
saracen did some odd things at the end of line/season.
The traverse from 89/90 catalogue had vertical rear dropouts and this one has horizontal like the halfords models from 1990 on.
Could it be a 1990 halfords only model??
anyone shed any light??
Still a nice bike either way. I have mine from 89 and its a hell of a climber for some reason.

You're right about the dropouts....Eiger Comp was exactly the same colour too. Maybe a pre-production sample that was booted up as a Traverse at year end?

Well the colour, decals and Mountain LX stuff are defo 1989 although the DX STI must have been fitted later.
