Bent Tange Switchblades?

Hello RB world! Just picked up a lovely set of Tange Switchblades, great looking forks.

When looking them over I noticed some strange bulges in the legs, just below the brake bosses that worry me some, pics attached.

The right leg seems to be a little worse than the left and has what seems to be a edge just below the ripple, running a fingernail over the area it will grab my nail. The ripples also seem to be asymmetrical, lower on the right than the left.

Finally I put a straight edge on the legs and the legs kick forward about 5mm.

Is this normal or could these be bent?

Thanks!

I have the bontrager version and they are straight with no bulges or ripples in the legs. I guess they have had a bump at sometime

I never seen one in "flesh" , But if these show at mine door, I wouldn't be too happy!
That is,if it wasn't described in sale and/or price was not low enough, to justify such condition.

I don't want to jump to conclusions about being bent or not.....looking for other opinions.

If they are it would be a shame, they are in great shape otherwise.

I have the same American built Switchblades and they don't have the spots. Sorry.
