BB30 Cups

BB30 cups typically don't exist - the BB30 bearings press directly into an oversize shell in the frame. The only other type of BB30 cups are adaptors that allow the use of non-BB30 cranks like Shimano Hollowtech or Campagnolo Ultratorque to be used with a frame designed for BB30. Finally, there is no adaptor available to allow a BB30 crank to be used with a conventional threaded BB - they're simply incompatible. The only 30mm axle crank that can be fitted to a conventional BB frame is the Rotor (but it's a proprietary 30mm design, not BB30) Hope this helps

No.
As per your last thread. The bottom bracket is frame specific.
Need to know exactly what crank and frame you have to work out what bottom bracket you need.
The spindle attached to the right hand crank that you described before could be any one of going on a dozen standards.
