I meant that mine with a shim would closer to 200g, so the race face is lighter, but I reckon I can find an oversized bar under the weight of my current bar, making my current stem the better option.Reluctant":36dzrgqs said:Wouldn't need to add a shim ~ this is a 25.4 stem.

This is it, 4 years old but hardly used.
And yes, 25.4mm clamp. date of manufacture is 10 08. October '08 or August '10?
