Trek 7000 in Glasgow, some interesting bits, Control Tech stem by the looks of it and Manitou forks (Looks like 4's) Also noticed an XTR brake block, could be XTR canti's too? Bar looks like it might be Ti with that shim in the middle, or USE? And is that a Ringle front hub on an Araya rim?

Triumph barn find. I reckon this would make a fantastic project for epicyclo's eroica outing. Hard to gauge accurately but maybe for the shorter gent?

Would need long drop brakes unless you used 27" wheels though.

If this Eroica Scozia is to encourage folk out on old reasonably period correct bikes, isn't sticking 45mm 700c wide tyres onto a 1950's roadbike just plain wrong !
The classic 27 x 1&1/4" tyre, 32mm wide tan sidewall, will more than cope with most of the off road I suspect this event will entail.
