Now I love my Tequestas but I would perhaps choose something a bit more high-end to chuck this much money at.
No idea about all this Campag bling but £1450 for a Tequesta is bonkers !

what i find weirder than the build itself is the lack of use. it's apparently special to him as it was his dads bike, it's then had a lot spent on paint then even more spent on the record parts, he says he's had an injury since february, but even so, 30 miles of apparent use in 8 months tells me it's not that special to him, so why bother with the story?

each to their own selling style i suppose

It does seem odd. Obviously a personal build, so if they're forced to sell it would make more sense to split it and get more money for the Campagnolo parts than anyone's likely to pay for the whole bike.
