i think you two been sniffing something aswell!!
there's alot more better bikes out there for allot less in price.
 
I'm as amused as most by silly prices for "retro", but that is surely worth near enough the start price if the frame nick is as good as shown/described
 
I'm surprised to see it's altus but the catalogue says it's a US made frame. I'm not a particular fan of trek but I know some are.
