Advice on Groupset

Looking for advice on an 'inexpensive' groupset to go onto this:

As you can see, it needs everything from bottom bracket to headset!

I don't want to spend thousands equipping it as it's going to be a winter trainer, to preserve my older steel Raleigh's!

If anyone has any advice, I'm hear to listen!

Campagnolo Athena 11 speed Silver Gruppo would be a nice addition to this machine.

No, it's not. I happened to be logged onto t'Ebay and had a look for you.

I used to own one though BITD I remember buying it component by component each month out of the wages from one of my first jobs. It looked the business when I had the full set. Why oh why did I give it away !
