Think this could have happened , the frame looks fine , & have compared it to my other master & all looks the same
the forks are definitely out
The front wheel is slightly closer to the down tube , there is a very slight bulge on the top inside of the non drive side fork blade They look pretty uniform but take your hands off the bars & it pulls to the left
My other colnago bikes all ride like they are on rails
Think it's got to be worth trying another fork
Fingers crossed !

That flight looks the part on your master too
Nice work

i'd check under the head tube as well for a bulge, and try non nago forks before you purchase right ones, to see it it was just the old forks, here a colner/no nago cx i bought last year that had been frontended, in the confusion/elation of finding what i though was a unicorn i over looked that it was front ended, took it back to vendor and got my money back

Checked under the head tube & all seems fine , have even checked inside the head tube , bulge on the forks is very minor , can feel it but hardly see it , & front wheel is marginally closer 5-6 mm
Thanks for the tips tho & good tip about non colnago fork
