posting frames / complete bikes in western EU

Just wondering if anybody here has much experience of posting frames or complete bikes in western europe (from the UK). Roughyl what kind of prices would I be looking at, which are the best companies, which to avoid, etc.

A frame and forks to Europe will cost about £35.

I used transglobal to send a frame and forks to Germany tracked via UPS.

I'm glad you posted that a few weeks back,, Neil; UPS are my favoured carrier but they stopped accepting bikes/frames through Interparcel.
I couldn't get to grips with monkey or 2go. They just seemed a bit ... amateur.
