L LUBO78 Retro Guru Feedback View Oct 3, 2013 #1 Alright. Got an old hardrock frame with a jammed in bottom bracket. The plastic side is destroyed and the metal cup is well stuck. Beyond taking a heat source to it and burning it out any other methods? cheers
