If you buy another one whilst you are away, be warned, the same level of security will apply (should apply) when you return home as all EU countries operate under the same regulations.

Well if your flying out then you can hand this to the airline staff to hand to the cabin crew as in some cases they can do this as I had a switch blade one time & it was carried by the cabin crew & stored in a safe place & given back to me upon my disembarking the flight.
