By the looks of the frame the size is Klein-size 21inch "large". Frame may be produced in 96 but this Attidroit is modelyear 97.

thanks for the info frame serial number states 21 but looks a meduim to me ,quite small

Mine is a 19 small for riders up to 5' 7' I think, but you head looks to be easily a medium or more have a look at the 97 brochure image below.

Mine states 21 on the frame so just be a large
