Handle bars

According to the Cataloge the bars to use are either Kore "Thermoplastic" (Zaskar LE) or Azonic "World Force" (Zaskar)

I would prefer Syncros, Answer or Controltech. Some others like Raceface. It also depends if you want a bar in classic black or silver or something fancy anodized. I once started a red Zaskar 97 project and had red Raceface bars (not pictured):
