I took up cycling last year, and seem to have developed an interest for older bikes, as modern bikes are just boring (although i have 2!).
I am looking for my 1st retro bike, and have been offered a peugeot perthus pro, although not in original colour and downtube shifters/saddle/wheels, although he does have all the parts.
He wants £230, and was wondering if this was a fair price?
