extension lever brake ferrule

does anyone know where I can obtain the ferrule that plugs into the top of the brake lever. in this case is the white plastic part.

you did, and also have me the same link. just wanted to know what variations were available. I shall give sjs a go. wanted to see if there were any about with a slightly deeper outer cable socket.

that's the ones I'm after (for weinmann levers) the extension levers I've got, the ones that have broken are plastic but would want ali or like to prevent it happening again.

I have used mountain bike type lever adjusters on Weinmann levers as they are invisible with hoods they give a nice stable exit and are easily available
