here in Canada I sold my 19" frame for $150 CAD (110 Euro) and I believe it was in a better condition than yours having the majority of the decals still intact, and no signs of rust. only reason I sold it on is because it was too big for me.

i'd be interested in buying this from you as the 96 Blizzard has my favourite colour scheme, and i still have all the parts waiting a replacement frame for a rebuild project. but your asking price is way too high, and from past experience, shipping from the Netherlands I found was extremely expensive.

As Frank mentioned, better examples have gone for half your asking price - i'd be willing to spend £100 or 120euros to be honest.

Guys, see rule nr.13 Keep commentary on pricing to a minimum #the value of retro parts is very subjective.
