Hi there - had a look at the picture and I got to say the word "Mint" can not be used to describe it/parts - used condition - marks and scratches or wear - mint is to describe some thing that is clean and mark free

This is a mark one survivor with all the original parts.. Sold for £182 on ebay about five minutes ago..

I think if youre trying to value a bike by looking on ebay you need to check what they actually sell for and not buy it now prices which are often specualtive.
