7 speed chain and cassette

I want to get a new chain and cassette. I was thinking hg 70 for both. Is hg41 better for the cassette. Which chain. I used to have hg 70 and loved it but is there now better. Want to spend about 20 quid
 
Loads of alternatives from Sunrace, kmc etc. These tend to look nice and last longer. Don't get hung upon 7sod specific as chains designed for 8 are the same chains with those designed for 9 working just as well.
 
Shimano chains are beautifully quiet and smooth, but this seems to be achieved by a pitifully short life. ersonally I run SRAM chians and cassettes for 7s, they last longer and cost no more.
