Starting @ Castle car park then going to head to Squabmoor resi & do a loop of East Budleigh area green lanes (Jimbo took the trail bike around them yesterday) so it's not all on the Common. 10.00 for 1030 start.

Rode most of it today, should be a nice outing, say 2 to 2.5 hours, 95% off road with a couple of possible shortcuts if anyone is suffering. No massive hills (but it is Devon), plenty of quick, flowing stony trails, nothing technical & just a few wettish bits. Mrs Jimbo will make some of her fab shortbread for a post-ride calorie hit.
