Cheap 700c rear road wheel

After a very cheap 700c rear road wheel, still looking for something sturdy and true hopefully!

Clincher? OLN? For screw-on block or cassette?

I may have something - but carriage charge may be more than the wheel!
 
clincher, 130mm, either if it comes with cassette, if not then rather not screw on.

I have a rather basic Shimano hub/Mavic Reflex (I think) rear wheel plus a cassette you can have for £20. It's true and cleanish with good bearings. The thing is that I live in France and it will cst £20 to ship. PM me if this is of any interest.
 
The Raleigh Tru-build ones are alright for the price. I have one on the front of my road/CX bike and it's still true after hundreds of miles and a load of CX riding.
