Hubby broke the strap on his dhb shoes, which haven't lasted that long.

What's the best, do you think, that's out there for b/w £30-60

What size feet does he have, Alison?

If they are UK size 10 (Euro size 45), I have a pair of barely used Sidi somethingorothers he can have for a contribution to postage. They are summer shoes, and only 2 velcro straps per shoe, but I think they would be good value for money.

...failing that, Google 'SixSixOne Filter'

Very nice shoe, and you can get them for a decent price with a bit of research

Keep an eye on the sales - I got a pair of Time carbon soled mtb shoes from Planet X for £40 a few years ago...

Cleats are now out of the Sidis, so they should get posted to you on Monday.

As an alternative/additional pair, Aldi have a Cycling kit special starting on Thursday. They have 3 "styles" of SPD shoes for £20 each: Clicky, linky thing
