just stripped her down, wickedly light at 2lbs 8oz. on my handy digital fish scale
don't ever recall am 18" frame this light, 30.9 seatpost and 1-1/8" head tube
no numbers on her at all gents

With it being that light and that large ovalised downtube I am thinking maybe a Carrera Zelos Magnesium frame or maybe a Merida Matts :?:

Identified as a Lodestar or Keef.
Took it to work for a more accurate weigh, sub 3 at 2.9lbs so now I know how much my digital fish scale is off.
