Titanium 1 inch stems

Which manufactures produced a 1 inch quill titanium stem around 89-92

I know of merlin,dean, and ITM made Titanium stems (not sure on years) but who else ? pictures would be great and an idea of how long it would take to source and an approximate cost would be good.
 
Look did one I believe, £100 or more seems to be the going rate if they come up for sale.

There were loads of 1'' Ti stems in the early '90s, but some of these would be hard to find now I'd imagine.

Do a search on "newsboy". He has more ti than the Russians.
