I live in a rented flat and don't have a garage. I have a free-standing gravity rack for my bikes and some plastic drawers for small bits and bobs but I still have lots of crap taking up space.

What ingenious (free-standing) methods have people come up with for storing wheels/forks/bars/frames/others bits and bobs?

Cheers :)

Buy a shed and build it somewhere in the flat - that way you have somewhere to go and for all the mess to stay in one place.

I am lucky I have space, but have not always been so lucky. Keeping the levels of spares as small as possible is always recommended but then this is Retrobike and most of us have a problem with hoarding :p

Anyone in the family/friends got a garage/shed/loft you can use ?

A Tardis would be much better if you have loads of stuff.
