your favourite pedals?

Guys what's the difference between 1/2" and 9/16" axles - can either be fitted to a mountain bike?

I'm really tempted to say 1/16" but I won't.

1/2" is BMX standard. Or is it the other way round. I always get confused. Either way the answer is no.

SunTour XC II, either "braced" or "unbraced"

I went for my yearly vaccation with an 88 RockHopper equipped with those pedals. No complains.

I bought a couple of set's of VP cage pedal's about 15 yr's ago. The first set lasted about 10 yr's on my commuter (damaged after a crash, otherwise might still be using them!), now on the second set which have lasted about 5 yr's. Love these pedal's! They use roller pin bearing's as opposed to ball bearing's and just last for age's. Would love to get my hand's on some more if anyone know's if they're still available new?

tioga surefoot 5's......., classic styling, very reliable and long lasting...

I had a pair of non-SPD Deore DX flats I bought BITD, that went when the bike got nicked.

After that it's been Tioga Surefoot VIs and VIIs all the way for me.

Greetings
SunTour XC Pro w/ grease guard, grease them yearly and IMHO they'll last forever!!!
