I have an original pair of Mavic Cosmic wheels with the aluminium rims,I am trying to source the blue hub covers which came with the wheels.Mine are split and I want to replace them.
 
Rarer than a rare thing. Have you tried superglue?

Mavic are a PITA when it comes to spares

No doubt there will be a huge box of these lying in a shed in America and they will appear on the market in another 20 years time at a ridiculous price as someone gathers their retirement funds together
 
Using a 3D visualization package such as Google sketchup (which is free) or Autocad you can make an accurate 3D model, then simply give it to a company that specializes in 3d printing, then you can in theory print off as many as you like. This should be possible. If you need a hand let me know.
