The thing is - until someone tries, how do people know if it works/doesn't work? Accepted wisdom is ony that because *someone* had a radical idea at some point
- for quite a while early bikes were powered by hand cranks....
Personally I can't wait to see how the attempt turns out - it would be great if he can get the record, and deserved given his efforts
