Hi,
Never heard of these bikes, but I'm in the Uk and a search on Google shows that these are based in New York
Campus Bicycle

Could be a shop rather than a frame/bike maker, however, give em a call.

I notice that the upper layer of paint has been removed to show the original colours and decals. A favourite trick of bike thieves is to slap a coat of emulsion on a bike frame to try and disguise it. Not to say that this bike has been half-inched, of course...
